Interesting. I may not be aware of the concept, but curious. Nice work.

Interesting concept. I enjoyed it, has something to it.

Not bad. Something I would not want to listen for long without more clarity. Could work very well for non-english speakers in various tools an such.

Very cool. I love the sleek design, simple to use. sometimes the education materials can be hard to understand, but collaborative learning keeps the progress moving. lol. Keep up the great work.

I'm excited for the rebuild, glad to hear things are moving well. Looking forward to checking out when available.

Stew was born from a failed habits app idea I was designing back in August 2020. I got mad at something, stewed on my bed for 20 mins, then it hit me, anger. For the next year, the ideas were flowing, some good, some horrendous. I talked with therapists, psychotherapists, counselors, doctors, and more alike about stew, the ideas, wording the questions, and also some do’s and don'ts for a self-care app.

I was already journaling, so over that same span of the year, I was using the app myself but in a pen and paper format. I would write down the questions while answering them for each angered event I’d have in life. I would meditate before answering to calm my nerves and to allow more oxygen into my mind, etc. Over the course of several months, myself, friends and family have noticed an improvement with my emotions about things.

About Stew: ~ Each entry asks 5 insightful questions ~ Note taking ~ 18 Immersive Calming Nature Sounds ~ 14 Breathing Techniques (adding more this week) ~ 8 Challenges (adding more this week) ~ Earn achievements & points.

Stew's journey is only beginning with lots of work to go, and I'm very open to feedback and suggestions.

Thanks for taking the time to check out Stew on HN. Have a great day!

both pretty cool. The motion tracking is neat, nice touch.

Not a bad time waster. Simple. Could be used for office fun as well.

"Martha. If you beat my score on 1st attempt, I'll do those TPS reports." lol.

That's an epic journal. I like the simplicity of it and minimalistic to it as well. Keep up the great work.
