Apropos nothing, I just checked my email records and I have 294 purchase receipts from Amazon Kindle books going back to 2010. I've read the vast vast majority of these on various iPhones and I have no complaints. It works great for me for 6+ hour sessions of reading.

I'm still looking for the right PDF reader, currently using GoodReader which for me is merely acceptable.
