1. YT has problem that generates a lot of bad press and loses money/face.
2. YT develops either easily-gameable or far-too-heavy-handed automated solution to said problem, because they can't afford to actually police their content.
3. Passionate creators (that don't get struck down mistakenly) have to jump through ever more hoops, while ad $ flocks back to YT.
4. Repeat steps 1-3.
Granted, I don't really see a solution, as their's just straight up too much content and it's ever growing as the barrier for entry is just an internet connection.
