Hacker news often gets very skeptical about blockchain-related projects. But I think Uniswap and similar "automatic market makers" are showing us a glimpse of how things will work. It's an unstoppable exchange with no middlemen. Anybody can access, anybody can trade, anybody can pool their money to facilitate these trades and nobody can say "no, you cannot".
