an Artificial General Intelligence software design pattern for efficiently developing waifubots (chobits)

one line of code means one more skill for the AI pick or make skills and add them using one line of code. the same as the learning concept in the matrix movie

I looked at the page and I just don't get it. (... and I'm still a danbooru addict even though I am looking only for images that I don't characterize as exploitative; also I have a side project in the queue that is right out of S1m0ne.)
