Has anyone heard of using crosswords in interviews? Something similar to this linked puzzle would give an indication if the prospect has at least heard of the names.
I’m planning to start using this puzzle for any non backend developer that I hire. Why? Because my end user is a backend developer and I want to see how much they are interested in understanding my customer.
