I have been locked out of my instagram account repeatedly for "suspicious activity", requiring a confirmation code to get back in, which does not arrive in my email.
How do I have my account deleted, so that people are not trying to contact me there?
depending where you live you can request the deletion from the emailaccount you are registered with. In the EU the GDPR allows this. But it only works if you life in the EU or have the citizenship there. I think Great britain still has some of the rules in their law and california has also some rules that can be used.
