I caught up on Jake’s story thanks to your links, thank you for posting them. I’m currently perfectly healthy and at an early stage in my adult life; Jake, Bess, and Sam’s writing has made me feel deep in my heart how valuable that is. I’m going to really try and have a good day tomorrow, I hope that anyone reading this might also be able to do so.
As someone who also lost a relative on their way of continued betterment by one dose of radiation that undid all progress in a matter of days if not hours - and essentially killed them - I’ve always been wondering why this happens.
