Slightly disappointing: The calculator embedded in Google's search page also gives the wrong answer (0) for (10^100) + 1 − (10^100). So apparently they don't use the insights they gained from their Android calculator.


Duckduckgo and (apt install) qalc do it correctly fwiw


The windows calculator produces "1.e+100". Whatever that's supposed to mean.
