AGPL is dead as a copy-left measure. LLMs do not understand, and would not care anyway, about regurgitating code that you have published to the internet.




Even having it as a private repo on github is a mistake at this point.

Self hosted or just using git itself is only solution


no, it's actually great, that just means now all LLM code that included that needs to be AGPL-licensed
